Dotson is looking for an energetic individual with relevant experiences to fill the role of HR Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources including administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist is responsible for employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and recruitment and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is continual improvement focused, with great communication skills and a team approach to solving problems. A strong candidate will have:- 3+ years of experience in the HR field
- BS degree with a focus in HR Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed computer and organizational skills
- Ability to determine priorities and effectively handle confidential information
