Jim’s Bio:Jim Headington is Dotson’s Engineering Process Manager. Since joining the Dotson team in 1998 Jim has held various positions and he is currently responsible for product engineering and tooling. The foundry industry is something that Jim knows very well having spent 18 years working at foundries in Winona, Minnesota holding positions ranging from Molder/Iron pourer to Operations Manager prior to joining Dotson. In his free time Jim enjoys the great outdoors and can be found hunting, fishing, and boating around the state of Minnesota.Jim Headington |

Jodi's Bio:Jodi Lumsden is Dotson's Finance and Administrative Manager. She has been with Dotson three years. Jodi is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota. She is responsible for Dotson's Accounting, Customer Service, Purchasing, Payroll and Benefits, Shipping and Receiving, Insurance and Banking Relationships. Jodi comes to Dotson with 10 years of manufacturing experience. The majority of the 10 years was spent working at USP Structural Connectors. A division of Gibraltar Industries that manufactures steel structural devises such as anchors and fasteners. The foundry industry is not new to Jodi as her father has been in the foundry industry for 35 plus years.Jodi Lumsden |

Rick’s Bio:Rick Sellner joined Dotson in January of 2010 as the Employee Relations Manager and in November he took on the role of Operations Manager. Prior to joining Dotson Rick spent 27 years working in various supervisory roles including General Manager with Taylor Corporation in North Mankato. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is no stranger to continuous improvement and enjoys paving the way to helping Dotson become the world’s most agile foundry.Rick Sellner

Eric’s Bio:Eric Nelson has been part of the Dotson team in various roles since 1998 and as of November 2010 Eric has taken on the role of Technology Manager. Eric has a broad range of responsibilities including process sand, Metallurgy, maintenance and plant engineering. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. In his free time Eric enjoys biking and hiking in some of the most interesting places in the world.Eric Nelson

Matt’s Bio:Matt Schindle is Dotson's new Sales & Marketing Manager. Matt is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Marketing and General Business Administration. Prior to joining the Dotson team Matt spent 6 years working as the Sales Administration Manager for McNeilus Companies which is a division of Oshkosh Corporation. Matt looks forward to the challenge of helping Dotson to becoming the world's most agile foundry.Matt Schindle |
