Production Employees
New employees shall complete a probationary period equal to 90 calendar days with the Company. Benefits are not available until after the probationary period has been completed.
Holidays - 9 paid holidays.
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Friday before Labor Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day
Sick Days - 3 paid sick days per calendar year
Vacation - Vacation period begins on 7/1 and runs through 6/30 of the following year. Employee must have worked 1400 hours leading up to 7/1 to receive full vacation benefit on 7/1.
Vacations can be taken in 1-hour increments.
1 + years of service - 1 week vacation
2 + years - 2 weeks vacation
6 + years - 3 weeks vacation
14 + years - 4 weeks vacation
19 + years - 5 weeks vacation
Insurance - Medical, dental, and life is available the beginning of the month following the completion of your probationary period. Short-term disability is available on the date the employee completes 6 months of continuous service.
401 (K) Plan - Eligible upon completion of your probationary period. During your probationary period you will receive the Company's 401k contribution directly in your paycheck. After your probationary period, the contribution is deposited into your 401k account. The amount of the Company contribution is $.90 per hour worked and will be deposited monthly for all non-probationary employees. In addition all eligible employees may elect to defer additional amounts from their paychecks to their 401k accounts.
